Built: Multifamily, 80-Unit

Full project credit to James Guerra Architects of Elizabeth, NJ. Sean Olsen, RA was project manager for all phases of design, including concept design. This was an RFP for a site owned by The City of Elizabeth. Our concept design, won against two other proposals from prominent architecture firms in Elizabeth and we were ultimately awarded the remaining phases of the project. Mr. Olsen envisioned a ‘Village Concept’ for the project, influenced by a trip to Amsterdam around that time. The developer named the project ‘Riverwalk’ due to it’s adjacency to the Elizabeth River.
